Over the last few months we’ve put a lot of time and effort…not to mention capital, into completely revamping our website. The original version served us well, but was getting to the point that it wasn’t doing the same for our customers. We know that most of your equipment search efforts begin online. It is the easiest and fastest way to find what you are looking for. Our new site makes it easy and efficient, whether it be for systems, parts or support.
Though it took a little longer than we’d planned, the new www.team-ate.com is now up and running. We think you’ll find it not only aesthetically pleasing, but also easy and intuitive to navigate. If you’ve gotten frustrated with the old website, give the new one a try and let us know what you think. We’ve spent a good deal of time trying it our ourselves, but would like to hear what you, the people we designed it for, think. Feedback, be it positive or negative, is appreciated. Nobody ever got better by being told there wasn’t anything to improve upon.
One thing you’ll notice on the new site is the large search field at the top of the page. If you know the exact system or model you are looking for, type it in and you’ll see what we have available. If there is nothing on the market at the time, you can quickly and easily send us the “ideal configuration” you want. This way we can contact you when a good fit does become available, and not bother you with something that isn’t. We don’t want to mislead our customers or waste your time. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.
Many visitors to our site are not looking for systems, but rather parts to support existing machines. The new site makes it easy to see what is available. Part numbers, photos and a spec description are available to help guide you. We offer parts replacement as well as board level repair/exchange service on many platforms. Overnight or two day delivery is often available if you find yourself with a tester down and production at a standstill.
We’re still fine tuning the site and will be adding additional functionality in the coming weeks. We’ll have additional parts available, as well as more technical reference information that you should find helpful. For now, give the site a test drive and let us know what you think. We’re proud of the improvements we’ve made and think that you, our customers, will find them useful. Please take a few minutes to check out the new site (www.team-ate.com) and let us know what you think!
