After graduating from Illinois Institute of Technology, Kyle worked as an Industrial Engineer in mining and manufacturing operations.  He earned an MBA from the University of New Mexico with MIS and Finance concentrations before joining a large Colorado bank for eight years.  Kyle's banking tenure included running Technology Lending, Asset-Based Lending and Special Assets groups. In 1991, Kyle formed an investment group that purchased TEAM A.T.E. After leading TEAM's expansion and transformation in Singapore, Taiwan and China, Kyle focuses on strategy and performance.

Eric has more than 22 years of sales experience in semiconductor test equipment, and 12 years of experience in the used-equipment market.  Earlier in his career, he worked for Philips, Teradyne, and as a sales agent for Hitachi test systems and Synax handlers.  In 2002, he founded RedCell, a provider of used equipment, which later merged with TEAM A.T.E.  He has an MSEE from SUNY-Binghamton.

Mike has more 30 years of experience with board test and inspection systems used in PCB fabrication, electronics manufacturing, and the service repair marketplaces.  He has worked for many leading test and measurement companies like Schlumberger (Fairchild), GenRad and Teradyne's Assembly Test Division.  During Mike's career, he has held numerous positions in field service and applications support as a product specialist, sales engineering, account management, sales management, sales operations and general management.  His primary areas of expertise include in-circuit test (ICT), functional board test and environmental test systems.  Mike has a bachelor's degree in technical business management from Southern New Hampshire University and is a U.S. Navy veteran.

Gary Hummel Director, Board Test Service

Hired directly out of the career center at the University of Colorado in 1995, Gary has been with TEAM ever since.  He worked on an early generation Hughes board test system on the USS Biddle during his Navy career as a Data Systems Technician.  He has done a little bit of everything at TEAM A.T.E., including sales, field service, system refurbs, quality process implementation, as well as helping to manage relationships with our OEM partners.  Gary also has an MBA from the University of Denver Daniels School of Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Operations.

Rick Lu Director, Engineering, TEAM A.T.E. Taiwan

Rick has more than 25 years of service and repair experience for back-end test, wafer prober, and package handling systems used in electronics manufacturing.  He has worked for leading test and equipment companies like UMC and Spirox Test Division.  During Rick's career he has held numerous positions in field service and applications support, and worked as a field service engineer, product specialist, and field service manager.  His primary areas of expertise include tester, prober and handler systems.  Rick has a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Feng Chia University.

Dan Hamling Strategic Advisor

Dan's 27 years of experience in semiconductors and ATE helps him provide technical and strategic guidance to support TEAM's semiconductor test business.  Dan also brings experience as founder of Chip Nexus, a provider of cloud-based test capacity management software.  Prior to advising TEAM, Dan managed the IC test and assembly equipment portfolio and business at GE Capital.  Dan also spent eight years in test engineering and test engineering management, followed by 12 years in technical sales and marketing at Teradyne.  Dan has a BSEE from the University of Michigan, an MSEE from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Texas.  He is also an accredited senior machinery and equipment appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, and a patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
