Parts for Printed Circuit Board Test Systems
TEAM A.T.E. has an extensive inventory of parts, accessories, gaskets, and options for almost every Teradyne, GenRad, and HP/Agilent board test system made.  If you’re looking for consumable parts such as receiver gaskets or vacuum filters, we can help there too.  Hard-to-find parts like vacuum solenoids, switches, and hoses are also readily available through our parts department.  Of course, we also have a large inventory of boards for purchase or repair/exchange.  Many of our customers find our same-day shipping and reasonable prices differentiate us from other vendors.  Give us a call for all of your parts needs.

Parts for Semiconductor Test Systems
Most of our semiconductor parts inventory is maintained in Taiwan.  Our inventory of parts for semiconductor test systems is more concentrated in Teradyne Catalyst, Teradyne Flex lines and Teradyne J750 systems.  We have parts for Verigy 93K systems, as well as Credence test systems.  Repair/exchange is available on some parts.  Our selection of semi test parts changes quickly as systems in inventory are reconfigured and often vary, so please let us know what you are looking for.
